The image galleries contain portraits, illuminations and other images that demonstrate the styles of French renaissance dress in 15th and 16th centuries.
Most of the images are from the 16th century and those are broken up into quarters of the century for easier browsing. There is also now a gallery containing some 15th century images. Although they are fewer, they should give a good indication of styles worn during this century.
There is now also a gallery of my french hood research. Enjoy.

I am so looking forward to seeing this site grow! Thank you for your time, effort, and energy for French fashions! Vivat la France!
Fantastic!
Your site is fantastic! I am very much looking forward to watching it grow and spending a lot of time here. After my first gown project in mid 16th century Venice, I am now moving on to French 1560’s.
I will be back here, very often. 😀
